- Clean your glasses with oil-free liquid soap and cold water (not hot water). Dry them with a microfibre cloth so that you don’t damage the lenses.

- Store your glasses in their case and avoid resting them on their lenses.

- Keep your glasses away from heat. High temperatures can distort them.
